We are honored to partner with Honey Creek Fire Department in Indiana on September 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2022 to provide the high impact First Responder Sleep Recovery Training.

Members, please bring the following:

-Wear Comfortable PT clothes

-Pen/ pad of of paper (optional note taking)

-a Water bottle

-***Bring A sleeping bag and pillow for the guided Sleep Recovery Practice****
