The First Responder Sleep Recovery Conference is a groundbreaking, somatic, and educational event—the first of its kind—designed specifically to address the unique sleep challenges faced by first responders. Traditionally, we collaborate with fire and emergency departments across 18 states and 3 Canadian provinces, delivering tailored programs to improve sleep health and overall wellbeing.

This innovative conference format expands our reach significantly, providing an unparalleled opportunity to learn directly from leading sleep experts and researchers. Attendees will engage deeply with the acclaimed First Responder Sleep Recovery program, developed and taught by Jacqueline Toomey, founder of the program, alongside Sean Toomey, Lieutenant of the Denver Fire Department and co-founder.

Participants will not only gain valuable knowledge and practical tools but also experience a comprehensive wellness approach throughout the event. Highlights include a formal banquet featuring a live musical guest, daily wellness sessions, and two included dinners, creating a holistic environment conducive to rest, recovery, and connection.

This forum marks a new chapter in supporting the sleep health of first responders nationwide and beyond, fostering resilience and readiness through education, somatic practices, and community engagement.
