Restoring the Rescuer (501c3)

State approved, federally pending approved status as a 501(c)3 non profit. Restoring the Rescuer is a retreat based initiative to provide preventative health and wellness services for first responders. We seek to provide restorative environments and services to those on the front lines (in dry campuses with nature based activities, holistic healing modalities, with the support of professionals and peers in their communities). When our first responders are mentally sound, well-rested and practice yoga and mindfulness, not only does their quality of life improve, the communities they serve are safer too.

Suicide is one of the leading causes of first responder deaths today. Our efforts are preventative in nature to support the mental health and well-being of first responders before burn out or an irrevocable decision is made. Join our forces today to strengthen the heart of the emergency services by “Restoring the Rescuer.”

Our vision is to provide 2 annual retreats starting in 2023: funds will provide scholarships for those nominated to attend.
