We will be delivering 2 (four hour) course sessions pertaining to first responder sleep recovery and health.
Our class focuses on how sleep works to optimize the little sleep you do get as a first responder. There are proven techniques and practices you will learn in our class to maximize your sleep, and help restore your energy.

• Myth-busters on what SLEEP is and isn’t
• The greater role sleep plays on the heart, your immunity, hormones like testosterone and more
• How to maximize the quality of sleep you receive through routines, environmental factors, balanced nutrition and the best sleep supplements
• Tools and techniques to mitigate the effects of sleep loss, and practices to improve the body’s ability to return to sleep after running night calls
• Sleep Recovery Practices and resources you can continue to use after the class concludes to optimize your rest and recovery for your overall health and performance as a firefighter
