We are honored to be partnered with CUPE Local 4094 to bring it’s incredible flight crews Sleep Recovery.

In this educational seminar, you will learn the research behind sleep, and how to optimize yours with the demands of your unique work schedule. Additional to research you will learn effective, practical and proven solutions to help the body receive quality sleep, for recovery and long term health and wellness.

If you want to feel more energized on your days off, and would like to fix the fatigue, learn how to more quickly shut off a busy mind, or are just interested in improving your health, this is the class for you!

The class is broken down into two parts. Part A. is educational; you will learn the relationship between:

-Sleep & Immune Function

-Sleep & Energy

-Sleep & Nutrition (For Improving Metabolic Function / Muscle Mass / Weightloss)

and much more!

Part B. is experiential: you will experience:

-A Sleep Recovery Practice!

What is a Sleep Recovery Practice? A Sleep Recovery Practice is a method to help you rest, relax and fall asleep to recover from exhaustion, tiredness and fatigue. It is a guided relaxation practice that has been shown to improve sleep brain waves, relaxation and an overall sense of wellness. Whether you are a great sleeper, or a terrible sleeper, this practice has been shown to have tremendously positive benefits on brain health, heart health, the nervous system and immune function. This practice is easy, effective and effortless yet profoundly relaxing and helpful to calm the body, mind and decompress in an efficient way. It is one of the best practices to destress and restore your energy and sense of well-being.

What you’ll need:

-Comfortable clothing, or work out clothes

-A yoga or exercise mat, pillow and blanket

-Pen
